Our Community

A place to put down roots

Heritage Crossing is planned around the things that make Erath County home: family, neighbors, and wide-open country.

The Vision

Country character, everyday comfort

Heritage Crossing is meant to feel like Stephenville: friendly, unpretentious, and welcoming to families at every stage.

12Acres

A Commitment to Stephenville

We're Not Just Planning Homes. We're Making Room for the Next Generation.

Heritage Crossing plans to donate 12 acres of land to the City of Stephenville for the development of a future school. This commitment reflects our vision of building more than a residential neighborhood. We want to help create a community where families can establish roots and future generations have room to grow.

This is a planned land donation. Any decision to build or operate a school rests with the City and the appropriate education authorities; no school has been approved, funded, scheduled, or guaranteed.
